  • Send marketing and educational content (including YouTube-related updates) when you opt in or request resources
  • Measure ad performance and improve campaigns and targeting
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms

3) Cookies, tags, pixels, analytics, and advertising

A) Tools we use

We may use the following technologies and services:

Analytics & tag management

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website traffic and usage
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) to deploy and manage website tags (GTM itself is a tag container and may load other tags described below)

Advertising & conversion tracking

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure conversions and support remarketing
  • Google-related tags (e.g., conversion tracking) when running Google Ads and/or measuring conversions (as configured via GTM)

Call tracking

  • Call tracking tools that may use dynamic phone numbers, track ad/campaign source, and log call events (and, if enabled, call recordings)

CRM, messaging, and automation

  • GoHighLevel for CRM, lead management, forms, messaging, pipelines, and automation

Email/newsletter and content delivery

  • Substack for newsletter distribution (where used)
  • Kit.com (email marketing) for email delivery, automations, and list management

Support / collaboration

  • Copilot (used for customer support and/or internal collaboration workflows, depending on your interaction and our configuration)

Other tools

  • We may use additional tools for hosting, scheduling, customer support, reporting, or automation. When we do, we share only what’s reasonably necessary for the tool to function.

B) What these tools may collect

Depending on configuration and your actions, these tools may process:

  • IP address and device/browser info
  • Page views, clicks, form events, and conversions
  • Cookie identifiers and event identifiers
  • Referral source/UTM parameters (campaign data)
  • If you call us: phone number, call metadata (date/time/duration), attribution data, and (if enabled) call recordings/transcripts

C) Your choices

You can:

  • Manage cookies in your browser (block or delete cookies)
  • Adjust ad personalization settings on platforms like Google and Meta
  • Use privacy controls available on your device/browser

If you block cookies, parts of the site (and attribution/measurement) may not work as intended.

4) Leads, email subscriptions, and communications

A) When you sign up or request resources

If you request an audit, download a resource, join our list, or otherwise submit your contact information, we may send you:

  • The content you requested, and
  • Follow-up emails about our services, offers, and educational material

B) Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email. We may still send non-marketing messages (e.g., confirmations, billing, security, or responses to your requests).

5) Call tracking and recordings

If you call a tracked phone number (or one displayed via a call tracking tool), we may collect call-related data for:

  • Attribution (understanding which channel/campaign generated the call)
  • Quality assurance and training
  • Client reporting and performance measurement

Recordings: Calls may be recorded if enabled. Where required by law, we will provide notice (for example, via a recording announcement) and/or obtain consent. If you do not want to be recorded, you may choose not to proceed with the call and instead contact us by email.

6) How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us run the business (analytics, tag management, CRM, email delivery, call tracking, hosting, customer support, scheduling, reporting)
  • Advertising platforms (e.g., Google and Meta) for ad delivery, conversion measurement, and remarketing (often via cookies/pixels/tags)
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) as needed
  • Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
  • Business transfers if we undergo a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

We do not sell personal information for money.

7) “Sale” / “Sharing” for targeted advertising (U.S. state privacy)

Some U.S. privacy laws treat certain disclosures via cookies/pixels for cross-site targeted advertising as a “sale” or “sharing,” even if no money changes hands.

We may “share” certain identifiers and browsing activity with advertising partners to deliver and measure ads. You can reduce or opt out of this by using browser controls and platform privacy settings (and any on-site cookie controls if available).

8) HIPAA and medical practices (PHI)

Doctor Website provides marketing services and is not a healthcare provider.

  • Do not send PHI: Please do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) through our website forms, chat, email, SMS, or file sharing unless we have explicitly agreed in writing.

We retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Services and maintain business records
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and our legal/business needs.
